Here's a simple experiment: place your palms facing each other, about an inch apart. Close your eyes and focus on the sensations that arise between your palms. Can you feel it? The heat? Participating in an energy session can support you moving forward in the right direction by giving your body, mind, and soul the time and space to realign. Let energy work with you, not against you.

What to Expect From a Session

When you arrive, wear comfortable clothing. We'll discuss any concerns or issues you want to address during the session. Once settled, you'll relax on a massage-style bed. I'll guide you through breath-work to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Then, I'll scan your body and channel healing energy by gently placing my hands or hovering above energetically dense areas. You'll likely feel the energy shifting in your body, leaving the session relaxed and lighter than when you came in.

Post-Session Care

After the session, make time to integrate the new energy through relaxation. Consider practicing mindfulness or deep breathing to check in with your body. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of warm, caffeine-free fluids. You might also benefit from an Epsom salts bath, especially if you plan to sleep soon; adding magnesium flakes can enhance the experience. Avoid alcohol or caffeine until the following day to allow the energy to settle.

When Feelings or Sensations Arise

As your body strives to return to its natural state of balance, you may experience various feelings or sensations. Pleasant experiences can include relaxation, tingling, being present, and a sense of peace. Unpleasant feelings might appear such as muscle tension, stress, heaviness in the chest, or worry. Moving through these sensations is often an integral part of the healing journey. Remember, energy work is most effective when combined with other healing disciplines, such as psychotherapy.
